Starter - Wild Garlic & Herb Scones (V)
Warm freshly baked scones with foraged wild garlic and seasonal herbs, served with chutney and vine-ripened tomatoes
Main - Swirl Sausage & Roasted Roots
Authentic swirl sausage served with golden roast potatoes, seasonal root vegetables, and a rich, flavourful gravy.

Saturday
Starter - Mead-Marinated Chicken Skewers
Juicy chicken, marinated in Afon Mel mead, paired with sweet corn on the cob.
(V) Sticky garlic mushroom skewers with tarragon & corn on the cob
Main - Hearty Viking Stew & Chunky Bread
A rich and filling stew made with tender beef and ale from Intrepid Brewery, served with thick, rustic bread to soak up all the flavour.
(V) Hearty Roast Root Vegetable & Oyster Mushroom Stew
